Flavor Notes

A smooth medium roast with rich praline flavors and medium body. The nutty sweetness is perfectly balanced, creating an approachable and well-rounded cup that's ideal for starting your day.

Brewing Guide

Recommended Brew Methods: Pour Over (Hario V60 or Chemex), French Press, or AeroPress — each method highlights the balanced sweetness and complexity of this three-origin blend.

Grind Size: Medium (Pour Over), Medium-Coarse (French Press), Medium-Fine (AeroPress)

Water Temperature: 195–202°F (90–94°C) — optimal range for extracting the full flavor profile without over-extraction

Coffee-to-Water Ratio: 1:16 (approximately 2 tablespoons per 6 oz of water)

Brew Time: Pour Over 3–4 minutes | French Press 4 minutes | AeroPress 1.5–2 minutes

Pour Over Method: Bloom grounds with hot water for 30 seconds, then pour in slow circular motions. This method brings out the bright acidity and fruity notes from the Guatemalan and Colombian beans while allowing the Brazilian's body to shine through.

French Press Method: Steep grounds for 4 minutes, then press slowly. This full-immersion method creates a rich, full-bodied cup that emphasizes the chocolate and nutty undertones.

AeroPress Method: Quick and clean extraction in under 2 minutes. Ideal for highlighting the blend's clarity and sweetness with minimal sediment.

Tasting Tip: Allow the cup to cool slightly — the caramel, stone fruit, and subtle spice notes become more distinct as temperature drops. This blend works beautifully on its own or paired with pastries, chocolate, or breakfast fare.

Storage: Keep in an airtight container away from heat, light, and moisture. Best consumed within 3–4 weeks of roast date. For extended freshness, store in the freezer.

Origin & Region

Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala

This blend sources from Brazilian farms in Cerrado's well-organized agricultural zones, Colombian cooperatives in the mountainous regions of Huila and Cauca, and Guatemalan smallholder farms in the highland areas of Antigua and Huehuetenango. All three origins represent established coffee-growing regions with strong quality standards and traceability practices.

Altitude & Processing

900-2,000 MASL (meters above sea level)

This medium roast blend combines Brazilian beans (900-1,400m) using pulped natural processing for chocolate richness and body, Colombian beans (1,200-1,800m) fully washed for clean balance, and Guatemalan beans (1,500-2,000m) washed for bright complexity. The varied processing methods from these three renowned origins create a well-rounded, dependable cup with harmonious sweetness and structure.
